Why hasn’t my salary appeared in my bank account even though the invoice has been paid?

When an invoice is marked as paid, it means that the customer has paid PalkkaOnline – not that the salary has yet been transferred to your bank account.

For regular salary payments, there is typically a 1 business day delay between the customer's payment and the money arriving in your bank account. This delay is due to bank processing times.

If you've requested an express or advance payout, the salary will usually arrive on the same day, as long as the request is made before 15:00 (3 PM).
